RashanKing ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This document outlines how we collect, store, share, and manage your personal data when you use the RashanKing mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

To deliver an instant 30-minute grocery service, we require specific details:

• Identity & Account Details: Name, Email address, Phone number, and profile image coordinates.
• Location Identifiers: Approximate GPS location coordinates and specific delivery street addresses, enabling delivery logic and automated pin mapping.
• Transaction Histories: Records of packages ordered, total purchase volumes, wallet accounts (paise currency), and transactional scratch card rewards earned.
• Device Details: Anonymized Device OS information and OneSignal tokens used exclusively to push order alerts.

2. Usage & Data Integrity

We process your private records only to support the essential scope of our grocery application:

• To dispatch delivery representatives to correct address points.
• To manage UPI refund ledgers, reward points, and automated in-app notifications.
• To audit transactions and prevent fraudulent wallet enhancements.
• To construct bespoke coupon milestones based on items purchased.

3. Data Sharing Restrictions

We never sell your sensitive records to any advertisement networks. Your details are shared only with:

• Logistics Drivers: Name, contact details, and location target to ship ordered goods.
• Security Clusters: Integrated Cloud hosting structures under complete HTTPS/TLS encryption.

4. Security Safeguards

All client transactions are executed on Firebase and Cloudflare network architectures featuring modern SSL/TLS transport layer tunnels and hardware storage encryption algorithms. Sensitive tokens are isolated behind custom serverless Cloudflare Workers, safe from reverse engineering exploits on local APK bundles.
